Holy crap!! I never dreamed there would be so much interest in my old hot tub! I've received over 70 emails about it already! There is no way to reply to all of you, so I'm going to put a picture up here. If I had known there would be this much activity, I would have asked $100 for it, but I didn't, so it is still FREE!!!! Like I said before, it is an older round hot tub. It measures about 6 feet across. There is plenty of room for 3-4 people to sit in it and 2 people can comfortably lay down. It has the normal built in seats and assorted jets. It plugs into a regular electrical outlet and really doesn't require a lot of attention other than the normal hot tub care. As you can see in the picture, it has a two piece lid. As far as I know it runs great. The only problem I ever had with it is the lid. The steam pushes the lid open just enough for my trees to drop leaves and things inside and that caused it to get dirty really fast. It was more of a hassle for me than anything, so I just quit using it. So, it should work. The only reason I'm letting it go is the squirrel. This is not your average dead squirrel. I only saw it briefly, but it was enough for me to not want to open the lid again. We're talking about a putrified squirrel body. Its halfway in the water and not pleasant. I think if I ever got in this hot tub again, I would just think about the squirrel and not enjoy it. So, whoever gets the hot tub must haul it away and get rid of the squirrel. I don't mind helping load it on your truck or trailor, but the hot tub is free as long as I don't have to deal with the squirrel. I think this is fair. Bring a shovel. Probably a shovel and a bucket. As far as transportation, I believe this will ride in the back of a pickup truck. It pretty sturdy and you can stand it on its side and strap it down. Bring good straps. Saturday morning is really the only time I'll be available this weekend. I'm located near I-64 and Blankenbaker.
