I have a case of KC Metal products #PB4 (same as Simpson Strong Tie AC4) post to beam connectors. 50 each in case will sell for $130. Also a few Joist Hangers for 2x10 as well as assorted Tapcon blue screw anchors in lengths of 2 to 3 3/4" . The screw anchors are for concrete (no insert needed) and ACQ pressure treated lumber.
