Subwoofer was hardly used. Most of the time I had it off, but it would be great for a theater room. It puts out some ridiculously loud bass, but has an adjust knob on the front to adjust how much bass you get. Paid $125 new about two years ago. Moved from a house to apartment, so it's not really practical for my neighbors.
