Our "John Park house is a luxury custom built 4 BR 3.5 bath home. Maximum occupancy is 8 people.     Come vacation and entertain in style in this big, comfortable home on a tree lined street of classic custom homes from the 1940's and 50's.   Located near Las Vegas Blvd. -- you can walk out of the front door, drive down to the end of the street where Elvis used to live, make a left turn, and there you are on the world famous "Strip." It doesn't get any closer than this.   When you're not out on the town, you can lounge all day by our full size pool with your family and friends or play all night in the king size recreation room equipped with an Olhausen billiards table, built-in bar and HDTV....     Or just party all the time in our space age living room with a big screen media center and quality Fisher / Bose sound system. It's all very, very Vegas. The house is located in the John S. Park Historic District where important locals & celebrities like Liberace, the Binions, and Jimmy the Greek have lived and played since the 1940's.     This is absolutely the only neighborhood in Las Vegas that borders directly on the "Strip." All the other houses that you find for rent are at least 2 to 3 miles from the bright lights, and usually farther if they were built after the 1960's. Its' more like commuting from the suburbs.     When you stay with us, you never have to leave Las Vegas and you're only about 5 minutes from everything that matters, including all the major convention centers and casinos, downtown, and UNLV. Our beautiful, two-story home features large rooms (3,400 square feet) a wood-burning fireplace, new furniture & appliances, central A/C and heating, and two Master Suites with private baths. We've worked hard to think of everything a guest could possibly want.     All the bedrooms have ample storage and creature comforts, including premium-channel, satellite TVs. There are 3 queen beds, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds.   The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room are stocked with all essential disposables, towels, linens, cooking utensils, and appliances that you'll need. (All you'll have to bring is your clothing and fill the bar & fridge yourselves... and Albertsons delivers.) For business travelers, our home office suite includes a computer with Microsoft Office, a high-speed DSL internet connection with wireless for notebooks (covers the entire house and pool,) a one touch color scanner & printer, a stand alone fax / modem, and unlimited phone service in the Continental United States. And finally for peace of mind, an easy to use remote controlled alarm system immediately summons police and fire assistance in case of an emergency.
