The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with clean linens, soaps/shampoos, and paper products. Master Suite has a comfortable king size bed, a jetted tub and stand up shower in the bathroom, and ample storage space for your personal belongings. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an access to the other full bathroom. There are two sets of twin bunk beds in the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom is converted into a den/office area with a sleeper sofa that will sleep 2 additional people. A queen size air mattress is also provided. The house sleeps 8 comfortably in beds with a sleeper sofa and a queen air mattress provided for 4 additional people. An open kitchen with an island bar is fully equipped to do any cooking. It is loaded with all cooking utensils and brand new stainless steel appliances. The dining area is located near the kitchen and the patio so you can enjoy the meals from our BBQ grill and/or the stove. There is patio dining furniture on the deck if you enjoy outdoor dining with a waterfall wall in the background. The spacious great room with modern leather furniture is a great relaxing atmosphere for the whole party. A large flat screen TV with DVD/VCR, plenty of great reading material and cozy gas fireplace are just a few to mention why this place is unbeatable. The private pool is located just out of the great room doors. The house is located on the hill above the St. George valley.
