The Inn is non-smoking, but there are covered porches and viewing decks that can be used by smokers. The main house has four beautifully appointed bedrooms overlooking the Ocean. They have private entrances and baths, fireplaces, refrigerators, TV’s and phones. There is a one bedroom luxury apartment on the second floor with a private entrance, covered porch, kitchen, living area with a free standing fireplace, bath and laundry room. There is also a wonderful two bedroom cabin that sets next to the main house overlooking the Tongass Narrows. It has a queen bed, a single bed, a fireplace, a bath, a kitchenette and a sun deck. You can rent the 4 bedrooms in the house, the one bedroom apartment, the two bedroom cabin, one bedroom with bath, or the entire Black Bear Inn property. The Inn can accommodate 16 guests.
