Timeshare can be used anytime in the next 12 months. Unit can sleep 6-8, Tanio Beach Resort (check out their website). We can't use it this year so your rent will help pay our maintence fees. This would be a great vaction without having to put up with timeshare sales, you will vaction like an owner. I have several picture of our past vacations at the resort. Very family friendly, yet Port Lucya has a great night life. Resort is on the beach. Huge pool with water slide and beach both within 100 feet of your unit. On site resturant is excellent, Straw market has wonderful shopping, Some water sports included at the resort, aka...snokeling etc. Also resort d iscounts on ocean jet skiing and parasailing. I can't say enough about how awsome this resort is, the Bahamas are a dream come true.
