Each of these rooms has a connecting full bath. Each of these rooms also has a TV/DVD. There is a sleep sofa in the office on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a cooktop island, double oven, and ice-maker refrig. The large formal dining room seats 14 comfortably. There is a large GAMEROOM with full size ping pong table, poker table, and combination game table with foosball and air hockey. There is a large widedsreen TV/DVD and a video and game library. The house is directly across from the entrance to the beautiful 27 hole golf course at Bear Trap Dunes. The house is also centrally located from the major attractions of the Delaware seashore. It is just a short drive to Rehoboth Beach and the well known outlets and restaurants of the Rehoboth area. It is just about a 15 min. drive to Fenwick Island, and about 20 min. to all the restaurants and attractions of Ocean City, Md. The Fall season is particularly beautiful at the Delaware beaches and there are many local events planned for your enjoyment. Also there are many activities at the Deoaware State Parks located in North Bethany and Fenwick Island. With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths this house is great to share with more than one family.
