I have a free-standing house in a 5 acre gated community by the sea with private community beach and pool for rent. The house is fully furnished and completely turn-key. I would also like to either sell it, as I NEVER manage to get down to vacation in it myself or even trade it for a large diesel Class A motorhome. Loreto is a lovely town served by Horizon Airlines out of LAX (from SFE use SWA into LAX) straight into the jetport at Loreto. The fishing is exquisite. I spoke to a neighbor yesterday (6/24) and he told me that he couldn't get the bait past the Marlin and Sailfish to catch more than two 35 lb. Dorado, which he was after. The manager for the community gets excellent rates from local boats for fishing expeditions. There is a lovely Golf Course at Loreto Bay and community members get a discount. What else can I say except to invite you to look at the web-site and ask any questions. The dollar is strong in Mexico, there are no drug war or swine flu worries down on the Baja (Loreto is about 200 miles above Cabo. Just go and have fun.
