This attractive suite is perfect for out-of-town guests visiting family in the Anchorage/ER area, or for folks who are relocating to the Anchorage area and need a home base while they look for permanent housing. The suite is in our family home. It consists of an oversized queen bed and a futon which folds down to a double bed. Also in the suite is a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. The large screen TV is perfect for watching movies from our DVD library. It also receives local channels. You might watch a movie while you soak in the hot tub, located just across the room. A great place to relax after a long Alaskan summer day... The property is on almost two acres perched up on a bluff above Peters Creek. Little Peters Creek can be heard rushing past the back side of the house. Mountain views surround us on all sides. If you need lodging in the Anchorage/Eagle River/Chugiak area this year, please get in touch so we can check availability. We prefer to rent the suite out by the week, but will consider nightly rentals if the dates are available. Weekly rate: $250. Nightly rate: $90. Laundry and kitchen access also negotiable.
