I posted about needing to rent a home and there were a few local people(whom I thank for responding) but I also clicked on a house that was $950 and the people sent me an email saying they didnt need rental history or deposit but wanted a credit check, for which they provided their own link. I am not falling for that one, but to someone who may be in a bind, could have easily fallen for that scam. Looking for a room???? I might have your answer!!! I have a 5 bedroom house, with 2 rooms available. The house is new, very clean. I work from home so the house is very quite during the day. I am single, and my sister and her husband live with me. We are very chill, fun is very welcome!!! Just no drugs (420 included). We do have the occasional party, and the house is geared with plenty of space for all. Full kitchen upstairs, kitchenette downstairs. Two living rooms, a theatre room, two utility rooms w/washer/dryer hook ups (currently have washer and dryer available for use). There is also an office, with wireless internet, that would be available for use as well. We also have a spare bedroom available for any guests you might have that need to spend the night. Plenty of closet space for storage. Also a 3 car garage that is available for parking or storage. Whichever you need. Backyard w covered porch. Very nice community pool with eating area right down the road. Neighborhood is newer, and clean. Not gated, but is a subdivision. Looking to rent out the rooms as soon as possible.
