We are selling our houseboat share on the fabulous "Family Ties" houseboat located on Lake Powell. Our houseboat has a slip in the Wahweap marina just a row down from the convenience store and a row away form the restroom which makes it an ideal slip for anyone that wants to keep the boat in the slip a night or two before or after they take it out on the lake. There are 10 partners so every 10 weeks the boat is yours. We have always gotten 2 great weeks in the summer and we have enjoyed the spring and fall weeks as well. If any of the partners aren't using their week or are only using half of their week, the boat is open to the other partners to use without any additional fee. Each partner is responsible for cleaning the boat and refueling after each use. The boat is 45 ft long which makes it easy to maneuver around the marina and is very fuel efficient as it travels down the lake. It sleeps 8 inside and another 8-12 on the top deck. PWC 2006 Yamaha VX110 Sport. This is a very well kept 3 person Yamaha wave runner with single place trailer. 100 hours is very low for the years on this PWC. Yearly maintenance has been kept up and never missed. Always winterized and summerized! Battery is brand new.
