I have a real nice and very comfortable Spring Air Queen size 2 sided pillow top mattress and box spring with a very nice heavy duty queen metal frame with large wide wheels. It is still in excellent shape and has excellent comfortable support (no dips or sagging). The bed has not been around smoke or any pets and there are no odors.
