I am going to be very blunt as to what I am looking for with risk of being kicked off of craigslist, so here goes. I am looking for 2 females that can live with other females between the ages of 18 and 30. you cant drink (at all) smoke, no guys staying the night and have NO pets. You have to be ready to sign a contact, which means you have to have at least $350 for deposit now, and then first and last months rent (a total of $525) by August first. The contract is until July of 2010, so you need to want a long term contract. Here is the usual information about it, call or text quick, this is going to go FAST!!! (I have had ALOT of interest in the rooms, but the right girl hasnt come to see it yet, so please call and come see it soon, if you would like to be considered!)This is a great place with close access to everything in the valley! You are less than 5 min from any major freeway or highway and within 20 min from pretty much anything else around. The address is about 3700S 3200W. (only 6 min from slcc, 15 from Downtown/LDS buisness college/BYU Salt Lake center, and 25 from UofU) My husband and I live upstairs with our 3 kids (4yrs, 3yrs and 6months). And downstairs is a beautiful and roomy apartment with its own entrance, so you have the benefits of living in our home that we take really good care of (no waiting if something breaks) but you also get the privacy of living with just 2 roommates, in a really quiet beautiful neighborhood. This place has just been Refinished/finished and looks beautiful; with top of the line appliances and attention to detail.There are three bedrooms and one bath. Its a very spacious place at 1250sq/ft. One of the three bedrooms are still available and the other roommate is amazing! The room is a great size (everyone that has been staying in the rooms so far has had at least a full bed, a dresser and a desk and had plenty of room) Utilities are included, including cable and wireless internet. You really need to see this place to know how great it is... its really hard to show a whole apartment with a couple of pictures that dont do it justice! I am attending Salt Lake Community College this Fall and am looking for someone to rent a 2 bedroom apartment with at Madison Settlers Point apartments right by campus withing walking distance. I have looked at the apartment facilities and the room itself and it is very nice. The apartment has W/D, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace, and a deck. The apartment has a swimming pool, hot tub (year round), tennis courts, and an excercise facility. There are many stores near apartment also. To rent a one bedroom it is $734 a month plus utilities and a 2 bedroom is $799 a month plus utilities so it makes sense and is less expesive to rent one 2 bedroom with another person. So rent would be about $400 a piece plus utilities. Not bad at all considering how nice the apartments are. A little about me - I am a clean person and very responsible and respectful. I clean up after myself and do not like messy filthy things so no worries there. I do not smoke, drink, or use drugs. I am easy to get along with and a positive person. I am looking for someone that is clean and respectful and will be responsible with there half of the rent and utilities. Male or female is fine with me.
