He smokes outside and drinks responsibly.The other roommate is a straight female, 24, who can usually be found reading or playing computer games in her room. She does not smoke, but occasionally drinks. There is a snake that would be kept in its cage at all times (unless its time to clean the cage, which is only once a month or so) There is also one very shy female cat that resides there. Your pet may be negotiable, if you have one! Other things about the house: All utilities are rolled into the rent price. This also includes high speed internet. We have two bedrooms available immediately in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. The house features a nice kitchen, living room, laundry room, and a large room in the basement divided into an entertainment area and an office. As a roommate you will have access to these common areas. There is no need for you to live like a hermit in your bedroom. The house has wireless internet and a yard that we are getting into tip top shape. There is parking available on the street in front of the house. The street is very quiet because it does not directly connect 1700 E to 1500 E. The house is within walking distance of Sugarhouse Park. It is also close to the 15th and 15th shopping area as well as Sugarhouse Commons. The downstairs bedroom (pictured) is $425 per month plus 1/4 of the utilites. We have only lived here for a week, so we dont know how much the utilities will total, but they shouldnt be too bad. The upstairs bedroom is $425 per month plus 1/4 of the utilities. Each bedroom requires a $100 refundable damage deposit upon move in. We are willing to prorate the rent for the month of June. Both bedrooms are similar in size, the basement bedroom has a larger closet and is carpeted. The upstairs bedroom has a smaller closet and hardwood floors.
