There is a big bathroom with a bath tub and shower 5 ft down the hallway. The $600 includes utilities, cable and wireless internet as well. As for the house its 3600 sq ft with plenty of space, kept quiet and clean. There is a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, foosball table, 56\" tv, pool table, and large kitchen. I have 2 rooms available in a 3 bedroon furnished house in Sandy. Both rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. One room is upstairs, shares a bathroom with me - has a tub, storage etc. It rents for $400. The second room is in the finished basement. It has its own bathroom - with a shower. It rents for $500Both prices include ALL utilities, Dish network DVR, wireless interent, electric, gas. There is a pool table downstairs with a wet bar, mini fridge, microwave and a seperate entrance. If you have the downstairs bedroom the only thing you really share is the laundry room (washer and dryer). You would be sharing the house with me - nurse, grad student, 2 german shepherds - they dont have access to the house unless I am there. I work 4 10 hr days and spend alot of time studying. No smoking or drugs. Light drinking okay. This is not a party house by any means, but we have a HUGE backyard great for having people over.Looking for laid back, reasonably neat people that have little or no drama in their life.
