Just moved into a great 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment located downtown. The available room is a little on the smaller side, but has a closet and there is enough room for a bed and maybe either a dresser or a small desk. The rest of the apartment is HUGE. Two of the bathrooms are located inside the other bedrooms, so youd have to go through one of our rooms to get to take a shower. But otherwise theres a half-bathroom in the common area that has a toilet and sink which would be yours. Rent is $400 per month plus 1/3 of utilities, including electricity, gas, and cable internet. We dont mind living with either a guy or a girl, as theres one of each living here now. This isnt an LDS standards house but we have no problem if you live by that lifestyle so long as youre okay if I dont.
