| I am going to be very blunt as to what I am looking for with risk of being kicked off of craigslist, so here goes. I am looking for 2 females that can live with other females between the ages of 18 and 30. you cant drink (at all) smoke, no guys staying the night and have NO pets. You have to be ready to sign a contact, which means you have to have at least $350 for deposit now, and then first and last months rent (a total of $525) by August first. The contract is until July of 2010, so you need to want a long term contract. Here is the usual information about it, call or text quick, this is going to go FAST!!! (I have had ALOT of interest in the rooms, but the right girl hasnt come to see it yet, so please call and come see it soon, if you would like to be considered!)This is a great place with close access to everything in the valley! You are less than 5 min from any major freeway or highway and within 20 min from pretty much anything else around. The address is about 3700S 3200W. (only 6 min from slcc, 15 from Downtown/LDS buisness college/BYU Salt Lake center, and 25 from UofU) My husband and I live upstairs with our 3 kids (4yrs, 3yrs and 6months). And downstairs is a beautiful and roomy apartment with its own entrance, so you have the benefits of living in our home that we take really good care of (no waiting if something breaks) but you also get the privacy of living with just 2 roommates, in a really quiet beautiful neighborhood. This place has just been Refinished/finished and looks beautiful; with top of the line appliances and attention to detail.There are three bedrooms and one bath. Its a very spacious place at 1250sq/ft. One of the three bedrooms are still available and the other roommate is amazing! The room is a great size (everyone that has been staying in the rooms so far has had at least a full bed, a dresser and a desk and had plenty of room) Utilities are included, including cable and wireless internet. You really need to see this place to know how great it is... its really hard to show a whole apartment with a couple of pictures that dont do it justice! | Just moved into a great 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment located downtown. The available room is a little on the smaller side, but has a closet and there is enough room for a bed and maybe either a dresser or a small desk. The rest of the apartment is HUGE. Two of the bathrooms are located inside the other bedrooms, so youd have to go through one of our rooms to get to take a shower. But otherwise theres a half-bathroom in the common area that has a toilet and sink which would be yours. Rent is $400 per month plus 1/3 of utilities, including electricity, gas, and cable internet. We dont mind living with either a guy or a girl, as theres one of each living here now. This isnt an LDS standards house but we have no problem if you live by that lifestyle so long as youre okay if I dont. The TRAX station is right around the corner, couple minute walk so transportation is very accesible with the location. This is a quiet condo community and the landscaping / snow removal is taken care of through the HOA and there is ample parking available. There is a nice little deck for grilling. I have a two car garage which you can gladly use to park your car. As mentioned the home is brand new with granite and stainless in the kitchen and front loading washer and dryer for laundry. Rent is $500 due at the beginning of each month and I will also need a refundable $300 security deposit. Rent is month to month.
