This is a really sweet deal for anyone that wants a lot of space! My roommate and I are looking for someone to rent the basement of my 3,000 sq. foot house. The basement has windows (plenty of light), two large bedrooms, full bath, large living room with entertainment system and ping pong table (a plus!). No one would bother you as there is really no reason for us to go downstairs since the W/D is upstairs. There are three rooms upstairs but one is used as an office.
