Hello large wide internet world!As the title of the post suggests, I need a roommate. Pretty self explanatory I think. Single bedroom/bathroom. So first, a little about myself to help narrow down your preferences, then well get to mine.I am 20 years old, male, of no particular religion, and a smoker. I stay up very late most nights and I like to sleep in most days as its my preferred sleep schedule. My usual work hours are roughly 3 P.M. to 11 P.M. with no specific work days set. I have a large passion for video games and most of my free time is consumed on a gaming console. I dont particularly go out much, though on occasion I may see a movie, grab a bite out, or venture to Park City to have dinner with the folks. I like my privacy. I dont throw parties, or have a constant stream of people over. In fact, I doubt Ive had a single soul over, save my mother, in the last month. My home is my sanctuary. Thats why we have locks on doors. I am not organized, or tidy. I dont consider myself a slob, but thats not too much a stretch. I keep my common areas clean to the point where my couches are kept straight, my blankets are folded, my dishes are washed and my kitchen is straight. I think I vacuum maybe once a month. I do laundry when need be and I keep my bathroom clean enough. I dont wipe every surface down every day. I dont dust the furniture every week. I dont take the trash out every time the can is filled. I am a 20 year old guy, give me a break. I am not the kind of person to draw a line down the fridge and pantry and dictate halves. I think that is stupid and petty, however; I do expect a fair share of the grocery expenses. I dont listen to loud music at all hours of the day and I am quite aware of myself when other people are about. I think Ive covered most of what I am but anything is up to questions if you feel like emailing me. Ok, so enough about me! Heres what I ask:I am offering a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a commonly shared living room and kitchen. If you have an entire array of furniture to bring with you, I am not the one for you. You will need to provide bedding arrangements and any personal touches to that bedroom (I.E. dresser, television, etc.) as well as the bathroom. I have fully furnished my entire apartment down to decorations with the exception of those two rooms but I wont deny anything within reason. I would prefer you to have means of transportation but it is not a necessity. I am in extremely close proximity to a UTA bus and tracks stop.I have no preference to much although I will have to screen and interview before making a final decision. I wont be running any credit check either. As long as you say that you can put, in my hand, at the arranged time the amount of money requested, that will be fine but be warned - upon moving in, you will enter into a legally binding contract that will obligate you to hold your word. I think no more need be said on that matter.Great! Almost through reading my short ad. I think you may be a little interested about the place so here it goes. My apartment is less than 6 months old and the condition of the lodging arrangements Im offering are as such. The bedroom still has a new carpet smell. The building is also brand new, constructed well within the last year. I live on the second floor which has a barely used common room located to one side of my apartment, no one below me (as the first floor is entirely retail), and only two neighbors. One above, and one behind my living room wall. As said before, the location is immediately on a public transportation stop. Within very close walking, Im talking like a minute tops, is a Trax station and the bus stop as well. I am right in the heart of Murray, Utah. By car (and lead foot) it is 5 minutes to Gateway (15 if your grandmother is driving). There is also in my apartment building a very well fitted fitness room.Well I think Ive covered nearly about everything. Please email me even if you just simply have a question.
