This house has an awesome location; only a 5 minute walk away from the 7720 Trax station and a 5 minute drive to the 7200 I-15 entrance. There is a large backyard and parking available on the side street or in the driveway. Rent is 350 plus utilities which include power, gas, water, cable and wireless internet Utilities range from 50 to 100 depending on the season. We are not LDS and we drink on the weekends. We are 420 friendly and open to a variety of lifestyles. | We are looking for someone to take over our lease by the end of the month. We pay $865 and that includes our pet rent and extra storage so if you dont have a pet or need the extra storage it would be around 815 per month. Our deposit was 300 and you can keep that when you leave if the place is clean and the application fee is 35. The apartment is brand new we are the first to live in it and we have only lived there for 4 months. It has granite countertops in the kitchen and there is a huge island with tons of cabinet space. There are also tons of windows and a large wrap around deck. It is a corner unit on the 3rd floor and faces East. Utitlites are pretty low we only pay about $60 per month and I almost forgot there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The complex itself is great, there is a gym, computer room, pool and 2 hot tubs and the clubhouse has a Wii in it and I think maybe one other game consul. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help, plus they hold monthly events, and every Saturday there is a free fitness class.
