| I have a large private room available including all utilites 100 cable channels wireless internet heat and airconditioning included water power garbage etc. one flat fee of 249.00 per month the kitchen living room and bathroom will be shared with one other person. this is the upstairs in a house that has been turned into a duplex the people in the seperate downstairs apartment are very quiet. I do some times have a date come over but send them home at 10 pm on weeknights or 12 pm on a weekend. this room is for single occupancy only please no surprises or partys a small group of two or three is ok once in a while but no eating or drinking in living room bedrooms or overnight guests please.
