I am going to be very blunt as to what I am looking for with risk of being kicked off of craigslist, so here goes. I am looking for 2 females that can live with other females between the ages of 18 and 30. you cant drink (at all) smoke, no guys staying the night and have NO pets. You have to be ready to sign a contact, which means you have to have at least $350 for deposit now, and then first and last months rent (a total of $525) by August first. The contract is until July of 2010, so you need to want a long term contract. Here is the usual information about it, call or text quick, this is going to go FAST!!! The front room has nice hardwood floors and there is tile in the kitchen. There is a full bath as well as one large bedroom. The bedroom has hardwood floors and is really nice looking. It has a big closet, not a walk in, but still a very decent size. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, (I occupy one of them) a 3/4 bath with large shower, and a laundry room. There is also extra storage space. The bedroom downstairs is the smallest, but still big enough to fit a double or queen bed, dresser, and other small bedroom furniture. It also has a nice sized closet. The only utility is electric which will be split 3 ways. There is one covered parking stall which will be available to use during the winter. I drive a little scooter and would ask to share the space, but it would mostly be available to you if you have a car. This is about 4 blocks away from Westminster and less than 10 minutes to the U, if traffic is bad. No smoking, or pets.
