There are 3 of us still living here, me, Kelly a full time student and full time work. And 2 guys, Ben and Enzo who both work full time. Ben is one of the guys moving out, and we already have another empty room. We also have 2 puppies that are well behaved, but we cannot have any more animals in the household. We have 2 bathrooms so youd only have to share with one other person. Were looking for a full time student or full time worker ages 20-30. The house stays pretty clean, and youd be expected to help with keeping common spaces clean, as well as the occasional yard work (ie mowing lawn, shoveling snow). This is a liberal household, but definitely not a party house. Alcohol only, no drugs. You should be expected to maintain a respectful level of noise as we all have very different work/school schedules. But keep in mind we are very relaxed, not an uptight group of people who like to chill on friday nights and drink a beer or two together.Your room is fairly large about 13X10. Hardwood floors.
