We are both 23 year old students are are pretty laid back, tidy, and respectful dudes. We are both outdoorsy guys that enjoy sports, hunting, fishing, camping, etc. Pretty easy to get along with. We are both really clean guys so if you arent the tidy type, this may not be the best fit for you. The room is ready to move into on 6/8. Cost is $400 per month plus utilities, which include gas, power, internet, and cable. This amount will rarely exceed $50. Its a 2 bedroom, one bath duplex, so your only other roomie is me. Utilities run pretty cheap-usually under $50 a month, including internet. I dont have cable, but will pitch in if you want it. I dont care either way. Its mostly furnished, but whatever you want to contribute can be worked out. fun backyard, great landlord, carport, and a big tree out front. Duplex in neighborhood behind Turnberry, great landlord, new carpet, two bedroom (so you only have one roommate!) and utilities stay pretty cheap. $30-50 depending on the time of year. I am 32, LDS RM, professional looking at returning to school for my Masters. The ward is in the Turnberry singles ward boundaries, but I attend the family ward) I dont care if you are LDS or not, just as long as there arent guys spending the night. My current roomie is headed out of state, but my job is here and I dont particularly want to relocate when I have such a good deal here. I am quiet and as normal as the next person. Email me, you can come by and have a look at the place most anytime. If you want to meet me, I am around evenings and weekends. Other interesting tidbits: Carport, you can have the big bedroom, I dont have cable, but dont care if you want it, I will pitch in. Nice backyard. I have some furniture, but if you have stuff to add there is certainly room. (OK, actually, I have 4 armchairs and no couch. Its become a bit of a joke. So if you want to add armchairs to the collection, I would laugh really hard, and if you have a couch, I would get rid of a few chairs.) (you will be asked to kick in 15 / month total for lawn mowing service and professional maid service to clean the entire house, kitchen and bathrooms etc) which is a real bargain, normally you would pay 200-300 per cleanign for a 4 bedroom house this size and another 60-70 / mo for lawn service. I have a hookup, so its less, and I shoulder the bulk, but just ask everyone to clean up after themselves, and kick in 15.
