Clear alder mantels just removed from home. They both came off very clean. I even have the cove molding that goes around the inside of the mantels. The are pre-finished and ready to install, or could be sanded and stained to your desired finish. I have two of them the first measures: 55 1/2\" wide x 56\" tall on the inside and 71\" wide x 68\" tall on the outside. Good morning!Its another fine day in Salt Lake City and I hope you all had a chance to enjoy the weather over the weekend.We currently have some great deals on many items. Slab granite counters installed starting at about $25 / sqft and our highest dollar colors will only run you about $45 / sqft to install. We have 13 colors to choose from as well as many sizes and shapes of stainless steel sinks starting at $75 / ea.We import stone directly so our prices are very hard to beat. Compare our low-dollar colors to those of a box store (china gold/golden harvest) our cost is $25 / sqft installed where-as Home Depots is $62.37 / sqft! Thats a 60% difference in price!We also have many close-outs and end of stock items for those on a budget. Stock on these fluctuates constantly so check back regularly.We carry ceramic, porcelain and glass tile. We also carry stone tile. 326.66 sq ft of pine tongue & groove. $50098 pieces. Each is 96" (8ft) long x 5" wide x 1 1/2" thick.Please note that this is thicker than most wood flooring by about 3/4". This is 1 1/2" thick. Beautiful stuff.Never installed. Originally intended for a loft project, then we relocated. Very pretty. Kiln cured. I have app. 63 SQ feet of 3/4\" by 2 1/4\" prefinished Brazilian Cherry Bellawood hardwood in varying lengths. There are three boxes of which 1 is open, but the flooring is brand new. This flooring has a 50 year warranty. We bought this from Lumber liquidators where it sells for, depending on sales and specials, for between $3.00 and $5.50 per Sq. Ft.. I was hoping to do a bathroom with it, but I bought a house that has tile so I dont need it.I also have 35+ feet of unfinished quarter round that goes with the wood.Price is for cash only and you must pick it up. |
