One Room available in a bright sunny capitol hill apartment in a triplex close to downtown. Im looking for a responsible and respectful roommate who has a full time job or goes to school. An age range of 23-35 is preferable. The bedroom is not furnished but the rest of the apartment is so there is no room for storage of furniture or personal items other then your bedroom stuff. The apartment has one bathroom to share, so Im looking for the right person to room. The apartment is large with huge windows and a yard. The rent is $325 a month and includes all utilities including internet. There is no cable but if you want it we can consider getting it and sharing the cost. There is street parking and a washer and dryer in the apartment,Im looking for a non-smoker preferably, and absolutely no drugs, though wine and beer are usually around. There is music playing all the time, I cant live without tunes in the background, but other than that its a quiet place so no parties. Overnight guests are okay on occassion but not regularly. Im a fairly busy single female and I dont really hang out at home a lot, just when I need a day of R & R, otherwise Im always out and about. If Im not out hearing music till 1am then Im home and in bed by 11:30pm. I like to socialize but I can also be private.
