I am looking for someone to take over my lease, there are 11 months left on it. In case youre curious, my reason for leaving was a break in the relationship I had with the person I was living with; there were no problems with the apartment, I just cant pay the rent by myself. In fact, I loved this apartment so much that I paid my rent for the last month of my lease at my old apartment just so I could move into this apartment (it was totally worth it).The apartment is located directly across the street from the 7-11 located at the corner of 300 E and 100 S. Theres the Nostalgia Cafe and a number of bars within walking distance as well. The apartment itself has a huge bay window in addition to windows on two of the other three sides of the apartment which provide so much natural light you hardly ever have to turn on the light. The living room is very spacious and has a cute, fake fireplace for decoration. There is a dining room area with buiilt-in corner cabinet and a small kitchen with TONS of cabinet space. The bedroom is fairly large and has built-in dressers and drawers as well as two closets (a small one and a big one). The bathroom is tiled and has a built-in cabinet and drawers. I am very sorry to leave this apartment, it really felt like home for me and Im sure it will for you too.
