My husband is an experienced and hardworking carpenter and we both enjoy fixing up the places we live. In exchange for reduced rent we will offer such minor labor services as painting, tiling, installing hardwood floors, etc. to larger projects like wall repair and construction, bathroom renovation, appliance installation and finishing unfinished rooms. Youd just have to cover the parts! We have excellent taste in decorating also. We have superb references from our previous landlord, who we did painting, tiling, floor installation, closet conversion, and interior decorating for. Our apartment was used as the Showroom apartment for the entire 240 unit complex.We have a very young daughter and a well behaved 4lb litter trained dog that would come with us. Im a 23 yr old gay guy who is looking to move in with some cool roomates around my age or a little older, starting August 1st. I am moving out a house that my family had me watching for a few months and now they are moving back in August. I would like to start paying my roomies now in advance so I know I have a place for sure. I am looking for roommates that are around my age and very openminded and not with just me being gay, but with being out going and likes to be around people. I work 2 jobs downtown and I have been at one job for a 1year and 6 months and the other for 8 months. I like to go out on the weekends, go camping, go out of town, and be around fun chill people. I like to take care of myself hygiene wise and appearance wise and would like my roommates to be the same. I do know how to pick up after myself and keep my things tidy. Im not into pets, but if you can take care of them and pick up after them, then im fine. I prefer roommates with no kids, just a preference nothing against them. My ideal roommates would be chill people who are mature, like to hang out once in a while, outgoing and dont like drama(i know everyone says that, but some people live off drama, im NOT one of them and if you hang around it please dont respond), love to have bbqs, go boating and go shopping. I dont care if i live with a bunch of straight guys or a bunch of girls, just as along as people respect each other and i will do the same. Hopefully i find some cool roommates.
