Our roommate moved out this month so we need to fill his room before July. Hi,I have a room for rent in a basement apartment in Bountiful. Right now one male, 24 yrs old lives there. Kitchen has fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher. Washer and dryer hookups. Bathroom has a shower/jetted bath tub. There is a good tv room too, with a 50 inch tv. Utilities are really cheap, split between 5 people, (3 from the apartment upstairs). You can be downtown SLC in 8 min. Lots of shopping close by. Its a great location. Non smokers please. Smoking outside is ok, but not inside the house.
