My partner and I rented a three bedroom duplex up in the Aves. We will only use the upstairs (except for storage) and are looking for someone to rent the downstairs. 550 would include utlities. The space is unfurnished. You would have your own bedroom, living, bathroom and entrance, share kitchen. I am a student and mostly study in the house at night and am in school all day; my partner will be out of state until the fall. We would like to find another mature, kind, independent student who wants a quiet home. We are across the street from a small library, 6 blocks from City Park. Its a great neighborhood.I have two interactive dogs so you must enjoy 4-legged company. A bit more about me/us: we are into a healthy lifestyle: good food, time in the mountains, a peaceful home, going for runs. We are both very respectful and would want to find someone similar. One months rent plus a 500.00 deposit. No lease, just a 30 day notice would be fine. 2 of my roommates are moving out and I need to fill the rooms. Our house is located on L street and about 3rd ave. its a 2 story, 4 bed, 3 bath. there is a huge basement also for storage. Large backyard with a sports court (half court basketball setup). The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The house is gorgeous inside and out.Both available rooms are on the main level of the house. The larger room costs $425 a month + utilities. The smaller room costs $325 a month + utilities. The utilities are split between the 4 roommates so they are not that expensive. No pets, no smoking in the house. each roommate will need to drop a $375 dollar security deposit.The two remaining roommates are students at the U and both male.
