I am looking to rent a house (not a duplex, condo, apartment, or mother-in-law apt., but a real house) beginning in possibly August for up to $1,000 per month, plus utilities. A little about me: I am a friendly, down to earth, professional, single female with a steady job and rental history and no pets or children. I would like to rent at least a two bedroom house in the Avenues, Sugarhouse or Liberty Park area (downtown maybe, but depends on the location). I am responsible, always pay rent on time, do not throw parties, and treat a rental home as if it were my own home. I do smoke, but strictly outdoors (I dont even smoke in my own car). Hi there! Im a 24 y/o female, LDS, Flight attendant. I want to move to SLC the first week of July or when I find the perfect place to live. I am looking for such a small amount of rent because I will hardly be there! Most likely about 7 nights or so a month. I just need a place to call home. My ideal living situation would be a basement apartment. I would have the bedroom with my belongings in it but if the other people in the house want to continue using the living room while Im not home that would be totally cool. I need a large closet and somewhere to keep food. OR I wouldnt mind having a basement room in a house and not my own entire apartment. Either way works. I just prefer the basement because I have such a crazy schedule I like to be able to sleep in the day if I have to work a red-eye flight or something. I come with only clothes and shoes. I wouldnt mind living with a family, a married couple with no kids, or other single LDS girls. Im very easy going with it. I for sure want to live in Sugarhouse, the Avenues or Downtown. Room for rent at the bottom of the Avenues, which is just a couple of minutes from Downtown Salt Lake City. The apartment complex has beautiful landscaping and is nice and quiet. It is a two bedroom apartment with 1 and a 1/2 baths and only one female roommate. We have all the necessities, including a dishwasher, free internet, covered carport, and a fireplace. Apartment has great space and is mostly furnished by current roommates furniture. Landlord is very prompt and helpful with fixing things and willing to negotiate with tenants.
