| Sales & Customer Support; Part-Time PositionJob Description: Customer support and telesales via outbound and inbound calls for very fast-growing company. All time will be spent talking on the phone and tracking interactions via Customer/Prospect Database. Perform basic follow-up tasks to obtain new accounts and resolve any issues for existing customers. Will coordinate and communicate with internal company departments affected by sales/customer support efforts. Customers and prospects are businesses located throughout North America. Hours M-F for 4 hours preferably 8am - noon. Must work at American Fork office, no work-from-home positions available. We’re a small company with just a few people in this position – not a big telemarketing machine. You will use your brain for creativity and to personally interact with people, rather than just reading a script.Qualifications: Must really enjoy talking with people, and have great interpersonal skills (polite and good command of English language).
