We are going home for Summer to work and save money and are looking for someone to live in our apartment. It would be available around April 20, 2012 to August 25, 2012. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, however we will storing all our furniture in one of the rooms, so we will be offering just the one bedroom. It is on the 3rd floor in the corner so it is really quiet, it also has a large balcony. Cable, internet, phone, gas etc. is included in rent, you would only have to pay for electric in utilities (we usually pay $15 a month). BYU is across the street and within walking distance and the chapel is located just next to our parking lot. There is a laundry facility behind our building and the quad has a great park area with BBQ and play structure. Wymount regulations state that one person living here must be a BYU student.
