The price listed is for simply the shells, cymbals, and hardware*** You are looking at a Gretsch Catalina Birch set in a beautiful wine red color. These shells are extremely versatile, rock or jazz or the in betweens. The way I have it set up right now is with the toms mounted onto the cymbal stands to provide isolation to the kick drum. However the hardware is still available to mount the toms onto the kick. The kick is probably my favorite part of the set. It has a wonderfully punchy but thick tone. Gretsch is wonderful quality and they have a great tom mounting system that is almost infinitely adjustable. The cymbals are all Sabian. The hi-hats are B8 14in. The crash in an unmarked 18in.
