Up for sale is a 1959 Jensen P15N speaker. 15\", Alnico magnet. This speaker came from an old organ. It works great and I have had it in a cabinet for several years. Great tone and power handling. This would be a great speaker for an old Fender Pro tweed amp. I cannot say if the cone is original but I would guess that it is, judging by the condition of the organ it came from. Jensen code 220926, which means the speaker was mfd. the 26th week of 1959. The speaker is teal green, which is correct for 1959. When I was removing the speaker, I put a small hole in the cone but I repaired this and it is not noticable from the front. This does not cause any issues in the speakers performance. Up for sale is a 1973 Fender Twin Reverb amp. This amp has been serviced and has new filter caps, rectifier cap and some of the tone caps. Everything works but I do not have the foot switch. I know the guy who purchased this amp new and he is a guitar teacher in east Texas. For some reason he put new speakers in it but I changed those to some correct Fender speakers. This amp has about 80 watts, 2-12\" speakers, reverb, tremolo and master volume. The amp is pretty clean to be 36 years old. It works great, sounds good and has no operational issues. I am selling because I dont need this amp. I have others that I play. This amp also has casters. It is fairly heavy. This amp has typical Fender tone and will be enough amp for any gig. This camera was purchased a couple years ago as a birthday present, when I was really into photography. My parents thought it was a DSLR, but it is not. Hello to all I recently purchased a building in levelland. I got a fabulous deal on it and now am forced to pass the deal on. The building used to be a retail store but is now been converted for church use. The building could be converted back really easy with some walls tore down. I had planned on starting a nice sitdown restaurant or converting it to 4 lawyers offices. The reason was the court house is catecorner to this building, making my ideas perfect for either use. The town also doesnt have many nice restaurants to sit down and eat, nor is there many lawyers offices in the town. I could see the vision till I found out that I was being transfered to indiana for work. I found a building up here thats perfect for what I want to do, so I decided to sell. The roof on the building needs to be tarred again, the roof has some leaks, I hear this is pretty common with flat roofs, you can redo the roof or do like most people every few years tar it for a few hundred bucks. The leaks have made a little damage to some drywall and celing drops. Beyond that the building is structurally in tack. I am trying to salvage most of the money I have in it. As far as a value investment this is a winner. As far as location this is also a winner. This building falls in the mainstreet program and is eligible this year for a grant for free sighnage or to get the building painted for free. The catch however to get the building painted for free is you have to agree on a color that the chamber of commerce likes. They are trying to keep everyone looking the same downtown to preserve the look and historicness of downtown. There also offering free blue prints of how the building would be best laid out for your specific buisness, to be done by an arcitecture company in lubbock. These are just some bonuses to come with the building since the location falls in the mainstreet program. I would love to keep it but realistically traveling 18 hours one way to work on the building will eat me up with expenses before to long. This is a good deal waiting for the right investor, I have already done the work and got the bargain by wheeling and dealing the bank, now all you have to do is grab the deal.
