I have a brand new Miller Bobcat Welding Machine that only has 1.1 hours on it. Never welded with it. Needed it to be hired on a job and ended up using their equipment. The only reason it has 1.1 hours is because it is periodically started and run for maintenance. It is exactly a year old, all paperwork included.
