This box is metal and very sturdy. It does have a locking hasp on it, however I do not have the keys. It is in very good condition with no dents or holes. It could use a paint touch up (or not)! It does NOT have wheels on bottom but you could make a platform to put it on. I do not have a need for this anymore but it is very handy to have.
