We have a gorgeous 4BR/3BA 2,000+ ft2 home on the Kenai River in Soldotna Alaska that we would like to trade for anywhere in Hawaii (Maui preferred) for two weeks between January 2 and January 18 in exchange for two weeks in August or September 2009 or anytime 2010. Our house has 3 floors, with large deck, stairs and fishing platform; remodeled in 2003. Fully furnished, sheets, dishes, stc. Has refrig, microwave, DW, washer/dryer, propane grill, patio set, wood burning warmer stove (outside). Views of river and mountains. Moose in the yard and eagles overhead. 15 mi to town. Very quiet and restful but close enough to Soldotna town center, road to Kenai and Homer. 3 1/2 hrs south of Anchorage. No smoking/no pets. Let's exchange info.
