Everything included (gas, electric, garbage, cable, local phone, wireless internet). Access to laundry, kitchen and living room upstairs, but you would have a mini-fridge in your room along with a big screen t.v., dresser and double bed (recumbent bike not included!). Family-friendly neighborhood, we own our home but are looking to rent out the larger bedroom to save up some money! I am expecting in Late April, so we're looking for someone temporary for now until our family is done visiting the new addition to the family... available March, April or both!
