The complex is wonderful! Gated two pools kids playground gym excellent staff great maintenance crew quiet neighbors covered parking The apartment is 2 BD, 2 BA granite countertops brand new carpet and paint washer and dryer in unit nice appliances large garden tubs big walk-in closet in master bedroom patio huge storage closet built in desk tall ceilings very spacious! We are towards the back of the complex, so it is even more quiet back here...doesn't back to any busy roads! Our floor plan usually lists for $1000 or more, so $875 is a really good deal! We are around the corner from Sunset Station and the Galleria Mall. ANY store you could ever want to go find is in that area, so very convenient shopping! Close drive to UNLV/the strip too--about 15-20 minutes. There is no deposit due at time of move-in because we have already paid it. $15 application fee is all you would have to pay! If you wanted to extend the lease later, the complex would let you. I have attached the floorplan for our unit.
