We're two guys looking for a roommate to share our 3-bedroom apartment for the summer or part of it. The apartment has hardwood floors, decent colors, and a good amount of sunlight. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, microwave, and many other kitchen appliances. (Unfortunately the landlord doesn't allow pets or indoor smoking, but outdoor smoking is fine.) The bedroom is pretty large, with air conditioning, and has a working gas fireplace. It also has its own entrance that opens on to an outdoor porch. The bedroom can be furnished if you like. Currently it has a bed (full-sized), a desk, etc. -- see the pictures on this page. We have basement storage, too. We’re on the east side of Providence, 4 blocks from Wayland Square, 15 minutes' walk to Brown, close to the bus line, and near supermarkets. It’s not a noisy neighborhood, and very safe. The $430 rent includes utilities and parking. The laundry in the basement is free (you don't need coins), which saves about $30 per month, so I guess it's comparable to a $400 per month apartment.
