We are looking to rent out our spare bedroom. It is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, couch, tv, and closet. The apartment has hard woodfloors and a sauna in the bathroom. The $700/month includes rent, cable, internet, electric, etc. There is parking available in the driveway for your vehicle, and there is laundry in the garage. If you don't have a car the bus stop is only a block or 2 away. The base is only minutes away. I am USAF and my husband works mostly on weekends. We are in our mid-twenties and fun/friendly people. We enjoy doing everything from exploring Alaska to just staying home and watching a movie. You will be also sharing this place with our two cats. We might be able to allow your pet too, but that is up to our cats.
