I realize that the market is glutted with apartments, but how many are as cool as mine? Or, at least, the one I pay for and never use anymore? (Stop me if you've heard this before. . . .) While it's not been clinically proven to avert gloom during the inversions, or awe when you see the neighborhood fox pouncing on field mice . . . I've got some pretty good personal research to talk about. It's about 850 square feet, with a 120 sq. ft. deck. Plenty of trees provide privacy and someone would have to work hard to peek in the windows. I've done some painting (Yes, the yellow's a bit loud, but it's made for this space- the room glows when the sun goes down.) Tons of light . . . really great neighbors, a happenin' pool (enough kids to give it character, not so many you lose your mind.) It's an incredibly energy efficient apartment, remodeled recently but still retaining its 40's charm. If you sensibly decide you can't live without it, we'll work something out so you can take over my lease (which ends in April.)
