It's on the 3rd floor, and the front door to the building is always locked so it's very safe. There is a full bath and a kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave and fridge. It will be available for June, July, and August (June 1st-August 31st). The total rent is $450/month including water and gas utilities. Electricty is not included, but doesn't run much over the summer. The apartment also comes with a small backyard and a parking space.
