The room is one of 3 bed rooms on 2nd floor. You will share big kitchen, big common room and bath room with 2 male grad students from Brown. The rent is $460 included gas, heat, water, electric and wifi. Coin-op washer and drier are in the basement. You can also take over my parking space. The landlord is very nice and helpful.
