Looking for a responsible student or working adult to rent a downstairs room in a 4 bedroom house from June 1st through late August. Rent for the one room would be 350/month. Water and garbage are included in rent but there would be a small fee for internet/cable and electricity and renter would also be asked to do a small amount of yard upkeep. Sorry no pets. The house is currently being rented to two grandparents who will be staying in the upstairs of the house from June 1st through late august.
