I own a small home in Alberton Montana...27 miles west of Missoula on I-90. The house is for sale and will be listed this week. I am looking for someone with skills including painting, landscaping, tile work to help me spruce up that house for sale and the one I currently live in in Lolo Montana. Regular rent for this house would be $500 a month, but will reduce it to $300 a month for the right person. House is one bedroom, has larged fenced yard, nice new deck on the front. No washer and dryer, tenant is responsible for trash, electric and telephone/TV. Landlord pays water and sewer. I would expect that house would sell within 6 months, but it may be sooner. Possibility to sign lease with new owner if they are keeping it as a rental. Keep in mind that since the house will be on the market, people will be contacting you to set up time to show the house, so I expect that it is kept clean and well presented. One well mannered pet may be considered with references and additional deposit. Home will be available to move into by June 15th, possibly earlier. House is not furnished. Work exchange would include 20 hours a month on various projects including landscaping, tiling, small shed rebuild, painting. I have some tools and will provide all necessary supplies.
