I am studying abroad for the spring semester and am looking for someone to rent my room. I live with my sister, she is also a student. She is clean, responsible, respectful, and fun. She has a cat. The apt is very new. It is about 5 minutes to downtown and to campus. The complex has a bus stop on the corner of our block. The $400 includes everything, the apt. is furnished except for the open room. It has a washer and dryer it the unit, along with a dishwasher, vaulted ceilings, and a large deck. Its a quiet area. The room is available ASAP and could be rented through the summer, or until the end of the semester. montana
