I have no place to set this up so it is in storage. The system bolts down and you have to let the bolts harden in concrete so they do not come with the hoop. The protective plastic sheathing is still on the backboard. This hoop was over $1000.00 new from Dick's Sporting Goods. Depending on location, delivery is an option. However, I will not install it.
